1. General business information
2. Use of the website
  • The website is for informational and commercial purposes.

3. In-person services (appointments and treatments)
  • Appointment booking:
    Appointments are scheduled through an external platform.

Deposits
  • A depositis required when booking an appointment. The amount varies depending on the service and is displayed before confirming the reservation.

  • The deposit:

    • Applies to the total service

    • Non-refundable

    • Confirm the reserved space and time

Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling is permitted without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Late cancellations
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Cancellation by the studio
  • If the studio cancels the appointment, the client may choose between:

    • Priority rescheduling, or

    • Deposit refund

Results
  • The results of the services may vary depending on each person (skin type, previous condition, habits, care, and other factors)

  • Identical results are not guaranteed in all cases.

4. Online store / Ecommerce
Exchanges, returns, and refunds (physical products)
Deadline for requesting a refund
  • Up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for accepting returns

The product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • With seals intact

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order or receipt)

Ineligible items

Product returns are not accepted:

  • Open, used, or with seals removed

  • Damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage

Damaged, defective, or incorrect order
  • The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, sending clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

  • In these cases, a replacement or refund will be offeredas applicable

Return process
  1. Contact us by email with your order number and reason for contact.

  2. Instructions and, if applicable, a return label will be sent.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the same payment method (the final time depends on the bank/processor)

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns
  • Study error: the studio covers the shipping costs

  • Customer decision: the customer assumes the shipping cost

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on the part of the studio or a defective product.

5. Digital products
  • Sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access or the download link has been provided

6. Payments and taxes
  • Payment method: Card

  • Taxes:

    • Puerto Rico: Sales tax calculated at checkout based on address

    • United States: Sales tax calculated at checkout based on state/city

7. Responsibility
  • The results of products and services may vary depending on each person.

  • The customer is responsible for following the instructions and care provided.

8. Intellectual property
  • All content on the site (text, images, products, courses, materials) is the property of Espacio VIP Studio.

  • Copying, reproduction, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

9. Legal modifications
  • The business reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.
